Designing an investment property requires a comprehensive design + financial formula that results in assured profitability for the Investor. An uncompromised aesthetic should be tempered by budgeted construction and marketing costs that make good accounting sense for the financial bottom line.
Robin Street consists of 3 (three) separate, 3-story 2800 square foot housing units. SHI designed each unit in a clean soft contemporary and neutral aesthetic, mainstreamed for selling to potential buyers. Located in Midtown of Houston, the units’ vibe attracts a young, small family or the single professional. Each unit sold for the selling price and in a timely manner. The design worked well for the area, social demographic and the Investor’s budget.
