A legacy, reimagined.
Some homes are worth preserving—not because of the walls that surround them, but because of the memories they hold.
When our client asked us to renovate the home she grew up in, we knew we weren’t just designing a house. We were protecting a family’s story. Then came the unexpected. Hidden beneath the backyard was an abandoned oil pipeline, making the renovation we envisioned impossible.
Inspired by the family’s treasured dining room chandelier—a piece lovingly chosen by the family’s matriarch decades earlier—we designed a home that carries the spirit of the original while embracing the future. Traditional character, modern glamour, rich textures, and bold moments of color come together to create a home that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
Because a legacy isn’t found in the bricks or the blueprint. It’s found in the memories, the traditions, and the people who call it home. This home wasn’t replaced. Its story simply entered a new chapter.
